I have used Thomsen’s electricals now a few times and every time I have been happy with the Service they have provided. From getting in touch with emergencies, they Straight there with either advice or out to fix it, on some occasions in properties I have not even had to attend they have just sorted it for me and let me know when it is all done . a Very good electrical company would rate 5 out of 5 never ever been let down by them very polite and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Mark and his team have just installed a solar/battery system for us, along with an EV charger and new consumer unit (replacing an ancient relic), and a few other bits of remedial domestic work. The process from initial enquiry through to completion was fast, efficient and helpful. The engineers are all skilled,  highly competent and were very respectful of our home, leaving everything clean and tidy. Fantastic experience from first enquiry through to installation of our EV charging point. We first contacted Mark on 20th April 2026, and within just two days he visited our home to discuss the options available for installing solar panels. After talking through our requirements, we decided to go ahead with six solar panels, a 5kW inverter, an EcoFlow system with a 10kW battery, and a new consumer unit. Mark estimated that the installation could take place during the first week of July, subject to the DNO application being approved. True to his word, the team arrived as planned, on time and on the agreed date. Mark was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process — professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The installers, Aron and Stuart, were also first class. They worked efficiently, were very professional, and did an excellent job. Since the installation, we have been able to generate our own electricity and have effectively been off-grid, which has been fantastic. We would highly recommend Mark, Aron and Stuart to anyone considering solar panels or a battery storage system. Excellent service from start to finish!
